Job Description: 

  • Oversee daily operations of the restaurant
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service
  • Manage and motivate staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling
  • Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and profitability
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards
  • Create and adjust menus to meet customer preferences and seasonal availability
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to maintain quality and consistency in food preparation
  • Monitor and analyse financial performance, including budgeting and cost controlStay updated on industry trends and competitors.


  • Experience in Restaurant Management
  • May require additional evening shifts, particularly for events and functions. Flexibility in working hours, including evenings, is expected based on the demands of the role.
