Job Description:
- Oversee daily operations of the restaurant
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service
- Manage and motivate staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and profitability
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards
- Create and adjust menus to meet customer preferences and seasonal availability
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to maintain quality and consistency in food preparation
- Monitor and analyse financial performance, including budgeting and cost controlStay updated on industry trends and competitors.
Qualifications:
- Experience in Restaurant Management
- May require additional evening shifts, particularly for events and functions. Flexibility in working hours, including evenings, is expected based on the demands of the role.
