Wine Tasting Assistant

Job Description: 

• Host and manage daily wine tastings, ensuring an engaging and professional guest experience.
• Drive traffic to the wine tasting room by building relationships with small tour operators.
• Oversee the wine shop, including stock management, sales, and customer service.
• Assist with breakfast service for in-house guests at the Manor House on designated mornings.
• Maintain a welcoming, professional, and clean environment across all service areas.
• Support the wider hospitality team where needed.

Qualifications: 

• Previous experience in hospitality, wine service, or retail preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer-focused with a positive attitude
• Ability to multitask and work in a team environment
• Flexibility to work weekends and evenings as per schedule
