Job Description:

• Drive new business development and expand logistics services across Southern Africa.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, suppliers, and transport partners.
• Develop and implement business growth strategies, negotiate contracts, and identify new market opportunities.
• Manage budgets, forecasts, financial performance, and monitor transport costs, including cost-per-kilometre (CPK).
• Oversee commercial operations, ensuring compliance, risk management, and operational efficiency.
• Monitor commodity trends, analyse market conditions, and adapt business strategies accordingly.
• Prepare regular performance reports and present key business insights to senior management.
• Recruit, lead, and develop team members while managing performance and fostering a positive work environment.
