Customer Projects Manager (hybrid)

Job Description:

• Coordinate global key accounts and strategic customer projects.
• Manage and qualify inbound customer enquiries.
• Coordinate customer trials, protocols, and results.
• Manage customer scale-up projects across internal teams.
• Coordinate international teams and key account activities.
• Manage commercially focused internal projects and processes.
• Track and report on inbound enquiries with Marketing.
• Liaise with customers and internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Travel internationally occasionally for trade shows and customer engagements.
• Hybrid – 3 days in-office/ 2 days’ work-from-home

Qualifications:

• BSc or MSc in a commercially oriented field.
• 2+ years’ experience in the fresh produce industry, ideally in a customer-facing or commercial role.
• Strong project management, numerical, and commercial skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Valid driver’s licence and passport with no international travel restrictions.
• Food Science, Postharvest Technology, Horticultural or Agricultural Science studies advantageous.
• Spanish language skills advantageous.
• Comfortable working across international time zones.
• Willing and able to travel internationally when required.
