Job Description:

• Lead risk management and operational control across multiple business units.
• Manage risk reporting, risk registers and incident reporting.
• Identify and mitigate commercial, operational, financial and compliance risks.
• Support the development and implementation of Commodity Trade Risk Management (CTRM) systems.
• Manage and improve operational and logistics processes, efficiency and costs.
• Oversee contract management, compliance and commercial risk.
• Support commodity trading, import/export and supply chain risk management.
• Manage insurance frameworks, coverage and claims processes.
• Analyse operational data and risk indicators using Power BI and Excel.
• Develop and implement SOPs, policies and internal controls.
• Support debtor risk management and high-risk account monitoring.

Qualifications:

• Degree in Risk Management, Business Administration or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in risk management, corporate governance, operational management, internal audit or similar.
• Agricultural value chain, commodity trading, logistics or supply chain experience advantageous.
• Experience in operational risk and contract management.
• Strong knowledge of governance frameworks and internal controls.
• Experience with process improvement and SOP development.
• Knowledge of debtor risk and insurance claims management.
• Understanding of import and export compliance.
• Experience implementing operational or business systems.
• Advanced Power BI and Microsoft Excel skills.
• Proficient in SharePoint, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint and Teams.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication and stakeholder management skills.
