Estate Manager

Job Description:

  • Oversee daily estate operations, including maintenance, security, and utilities
  • Manage contractors, service providers, and operational teams
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, legal, and regulatory requirements
  • Plan and implement maintenance, upgrades, and long-term estate improvements
  • Manage budgets, procurement, and operational performance
  • Maintain accurate records, documentation, and reporting
  • Act as the main point of contact for homeowners, stakeholders, and the Board
  • Handle queries, resolve issues, and ensure smooth estate operations
  • Support strategic planning and development of the estate

Qualifications:

  • Relevant degree preferred (Property, Facilities, Business or similar)
  • Proven experience in estate/property/facilities or operational management
  • Strong knowledge of maintenance, utilities, health & safety, and compliance
  • Experience managing contractors, teams, and budgets
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
  • Good technical understanding (electrical, plumbing, security systems, etc.)
  • High level of initiative, problem-solving ability, and ability to work under pressure
  • Strong IT skills (MS Office; digital systems advantageous)
  • Willingness to work after hours when required
