Operations Lead

Job Description:

• Oversee daily operations and ensure seamless order fulfilment
• Team leadership abilities with excellent communication and people management skills
• Manage and support the operations team to maintain high performance
• Monitor stock levels, inventory processes, and supplier coordination
• Ensure accuracy and efficiency in order processing, invoicing, and dispatch
• Handle customer queries and resolve escalations professionally
• Implement and improve operational systems and processes
• Coordinate with marketing and management to support campaigns and growth
• Report operational issues to Management and Directors concisely and promptly

Qualifications:

• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
• Ability to lead a team with independence and foresight
• High attention to detail and the ability to multitask
• Quick ability to learn technical workflows and a large number of SKUs
• Tech-savvy with an understanding of scaled e-commerce
• Excellent communication and team management abilities
• Hands-on approach with a proactive and positive mindset
• Proven experience in an operations, e-commerce, or logistics role and/or experience with e
• commerce platforms and order management systems is advantageous
