Job Description:

Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing and dispatch.
Recruit, train and manage warehouse staff, monitoring performance against KPIs.
Maintain accurate inventory through regular stock counts and audits.
Ensure compliance with health, safety and operational standards.
Implement process improvements and Lean principles to optimise workflows and reduce costs.
Coordinate with suppliers, transport providers and internal departments to ensure timely deliveries.
Monitor warehouse productivity, equipment maintenance and operational efficiency.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management or Business Administration.
3–5+ years’ warehouse management or supervisory experience in a fast-paced distribution or FMCG environment.
Proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and ERP systems, such as SAP, Oracle or SCM+.
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills for data analysis and reporting.
Valid forklift operator licence.
OSHA or relevant health and safety certification.
APICS (CPIM/CLTD) or Lean Six Sigma credentials advantageous.
Strong leadership, team-building and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
