Job Description:

  • Coordinate and support fruit export sales activities in line with the sales plan.
  • Provide administrative support to Commercial Managers to ensure efficient client service.
  • Capture pricing and freight information accurately before COS submissions.
  • Allocate stock according to availability and customer demand to support export operations.
  • Create and manage COS documentation, shipping schedules, and stakeholder communication.
  • Liaise with freight forwarders and logistics partners to ensure smooth export processes.
  • Monitor bookings, shipments, stock levels, and pallet ageing.
  • Maintain and update pricing systems and export-related data.
  • Capture and manage information on relevant systems, including PR3.
  • Support internal teams with data capturing and general administrative duties when required.
  • Build and maintain effective relationships with logistics providers, commercial teams, and finance departments.

Qualifications:

  • Relevant commercial qualification, preferably a BCom in Marketing, Logistics Management, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years’ experience in a similar sales support, export coordination, or commercial administration role.
  • Experience within the citrus or fruit export industry will be advantageous.
  • Experience using PR3 will be beneficial.
  • Fully computer literate with strong administrative skills.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
