Job Description:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of a combined retail, fuel station and fast-food business.
- Manage store opening and closing across weekdays, weekends and public holidays.
- Complete shift cash-ups, reconciliations and consolidated cash-up reporting.
- Manage supplier ordering and ensure sufficient stock availability.
- Oversee inventory and general stock control.
- Assist with minor IT and point-of-sale (POS) issues.
- Support smooth operations across businesses operating seven days a week.
Qualifications:
- Previous retail experience at a management or junior management level.
- Experience with cash-ups, reconciliations and stock management.
- Basic IT and POS system experience.
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
- Trustworthy, responsible and reliable.
- Able to take ownership and work independently.
- Comfortable working within a seven-day retail environment, including weekends and public holidays.
