Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • Minimum of 10 – 15 years of HR experience, with at least 5 years in a senior managerial role within the infrastructure industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of labour laws, HR best practices, strategic HR management, and infrastructure industry-specific regulations and practices.
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
